Study on the Influencing Factors of Energy Consumption of Nearly Zero Energy Residential Buildings in Cold and Arid Regions of Northwest China

There are many factors influencing the energy consumption of buildings in complex working conditions. In order to study residential with nearly zero cold and arid regions northwest China, such as roof heat transfer coefficient (KR), exterior wall (KE), ground (KG), window (KEW), north ratio (WWRN), south (WWRS), east west (WWRWE), building orientation (BO), ventilation times (VT) taken this paper. Using orthogonal test, 135 calculation models were built DeST, influence 9 on 5 types (severe region A (1A), severe B (1B), C (1C), (2A), (2B)) analyzed. The conclusions follows: process realizing KR, KE, KG, KEW, WWRN, WWEWE should be reduced much possible five regions. 1A,1B,1C increase VT, BO about 15° due VT 5, 8, 10 per hour, respectively. WWES, for 2A set at round 0.45, north-south, For 2B region, WWES around north, low within scope ‘technical standard buildings’.
